The first and most important relationship you need to work on is intra-personal which is a relationship between oneself. Concentrate more on personal development because that also could determined the success of your relationship with others.

Point of order! We are not talking about you being selfish or prideful but believing in yourself. After all if you don't believe in yourself, who will?

So inspire and brace yourself up, believing in yourself and what God says about you which matter the most and assuredly, you'll be unstoppable!
